Stage 4 water restrictions lifted
As of November 13th WTCPUA has lifted it's Stage 4 emergency water restrictions:
"Lake Austin raw water turbidity has returned to manageable levels and WTCPUA water treatment production capacity has been determined to meet system demands. Accordingly, effective immediately the WTCPUA is lifting Stage 4 Emergency Water Conservation Measures and returning to Stage 1 Voluntary Water Conservation until further notice.
Green Santa 2018
Green Santa is getting everything ready to make the Holidays special for all residents again this year as LTlov welcomes another awesome season serving our economically disadvantaged neighbors through the Green Santa program.
Lake levels up
With rainfall totals this month at 12-15 inches, the Lakes are up. Travis was up 4 ft and today the Lakes stand at 73% full.
Inflows for Jan-Aug 2018 were the fourth lowest on record and the Lake level is still some 4+ft below average at 658.76 versus 663.07ft.
Traditionally most of our area rains fall in October and May.

Registration is underway for the new season of Spicewood Art Society Art Treks, visiting quirky, creative, and solemn sites in Austin and beyond.
